The WRITE & Draw Cleaner supports the cleaning of your sensitive writing units. The use of pigmented and waterproof inks in fountain pen holders requires careful maintenance of these sensitive writing instruments. While fillers can be cleaned with relatively little effort even after the use of dye -based inks, even after very long laying times, you should make sure when using pigmented inks, not to have any residues dry in the filler, since these are usually only with a mechanical cleaning with the help have aggressive cleaning agents remove. To prevent this, we recommend that you always clean your fillers thoroughly after use. In order to achieve a better cleaning effect than with clear water, we developed the Write & Draw Cleaner. This special filler cleaner triggers the color pigments and the binder contained in the Write & Draw inks and thus ensures that your writing units are cleaned free of residue. It is suitable for fountain pens, calligraphedists, brushes and glass feathers. If necessary, you can also leave the ink cleaner on overnight. The WRITE & Draw Cleaner only contains mild cleaning substances, so that steel or gold spring, ink conductor or brush bristles are not attacked. In the case of springs with colored coatings (gold, copper, black), they can detach if it is also mechanically cleaned. We recommend testing this in an inconspicuous area beforehand. The filler cleaner is not suitable for removing already dried inks. Like the Write & Draw drawing ink, the Cleaner is produced exclusively from vegan ingredients.
